WEDNESDAY NIGHT FEVER (Halloween Alternative)
Attention River youth: join us for Wednesday Night Fever, October 28th at 7 PM. Come dressed according to the 70’s. Light snacks will be provided. Bring your friends! This event is open to all, grades 7-12.
SUPER SOUL WINNING SATURDAY
Saturday, October 31st is our next Super Soul Winning Saturday at The River. Join us as we bring the Good News of the Gospel to our surrounding neighborhoods, nursing homes and the greater Tampa area. We will meet in the RBI auditorium. Practical training will be provided. Please also be sure to check the Get Connected calendar for our soul winning dates and times throughout the week.
PLATINUM POTLUCK
Attention River members ages 50 and up: our Platinum Thanksgiving potluck will be Saturday, October 31st at 5 PM in the RBI auditorium. Please don’t forget to RSVP with Steve or Colleen Thoreson at (941) 312-2146. We hope to see you there!
HALLELUJAH NIGHT
River Kids join us on Saturday, October 31st, from 6 PM to 8:30 PM, for our Hallelujah Party—where we will lift up the name of Jesus and have fun doing it! The theme this year is western. Come out, bring a friend & be ready to enjoy worship, games, prizes, candy, face painting & refreshments! Parents are welcome. CONTENDING FOR THE FAMILY CONFERENCE
Join us here at The River, for our marriage and parenting conference — Contending for the Family. The dates are Friday and Saturday, November 13th and 14th. Topics will include: Godly principles in the home, Meeting your spouse’s needs, Raising godly children and much more. The cost is $25 per couple and includes lunch.
