We had a great Summer Campmeeting in July—the theme was “Knowing the Person of the Holy Spirit”—and even though we ministered on this awesome subject all week, we feel as if we hardly touched the surface—there is so much to learn and to know about the Holy Spirit. This message on the Holy Spirit is the message that ushered in the revival that started in our ministry in 1989. Already we have received many wonderful testimonies of people who were touched by the fire of God at Campmeeting.

Straight after Campmeeting we flew into Johannesburg, South Africa, for two days to meet with key pastors, leaders and business people about our upcoming outreach in Soweto. God has given us so much favor. We already have the field that can hold 500,000 people, sound, television cameras, and advertising. God Channel is getting behind the crusade and will be filming and broadcasting the ten days in Soweto as well as promoting this event and also highlighting the local pastors and churches, before, during and afterwards. Even though it was such a short trip, we got a lot accomplished.

The budget for this crusade is $1,000,000 and we are believing God for 1,000,000 souls—a dollar for every soul! This is such a vital crusade for South Africa and the pastors and leaders there are very, very excited about this outreach. We have only about two months left—please pray sincerely about doing something extra-special for Soweto as soon as possible! Thank you so much.

From Johannesburg we flew straight into Detroit for a week of meetings at Great Faith Ministries. We were believing God for revival to hit Detroit and we had great meetings—the power of God slammed people who had never been hit like that before. We found the people to be very hungry for the power and presence of God.
