JANUARY JOURNAL
NewsletterPublish date: 01/25/2005
Dear Friends and Partners,Lamentations 3:22-23 KJV says, “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” As this New Year of 2005 begins, we all have so much to be grateful for. We serve a risen Lord—Who loves us unconditionally and Who desires to do nothing but bless us—if we will only open up to allow Him access into our lives. Let’s make a quality decision to press into God like never before, to yield ourselves to Him more than we ever have. God’s will, nothing more, nothing less, nothing else!
This January, we celebrate 25 years in the ministry. We had an awesome time at this year’s Winter Campmeeting and we will have more details in February’s newsletter. Adonica and I also had the privilege of attending the 55th Presidential Inauguration in Washington, D.C. and the Liberty Ball. Remember to continue to pray for our president and all those in authority.
We want to take this opportunity to thank you, Partners, for your love, your prayers, and your financial commitment to this ministry. Because of you and your generous support, we continue to fulfill the call and will of God for our lives. We have never been behind because of a lack of provision, but we have been stretched many times because of the greatness of the vision. This year will be no different. We have so many places to go and so many people who need to hear the Gospel and have an opportunity to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Good News Soweto was a tremendous outreach that has impacted South Africa, but it is only the beginning. We plan to impact every major city in South Africa over the next few years—our next Good News outreach will be in Durban. Also, we have already received invitations to the nations of Kenya, Tanzania, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea! We are believing God to continue to do these outreaches around the world on a regular basis!
Thank you for continuing to stand with us and labor with us as we reap the harvest of souls. May God bless you richly this New Year.
Yours for Revival and the Harvest,
Drs. Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne
