Summer Campmeeting Volunteer Meeting- Position yourself for a flood of blessings by volunteering this Summer Campmeeting! Join us Sunday, July 9 immediately following the 11 AM service and learn all about the Helps Ministry positions available to you this Summer Campmeeting. Refreshments will be served.River Picnic This Saturday- July 8, 2006 at 11 AM at Edward Medard Park in Valrico. Please RSVP and purchase your lunch tickets today at entrance one for $5.00 per adult (11 yrs and older) and $3.50 per child ages 4-10, children 3 and under eat free. Set this date aside to come out and fellowship, play games and sports, eat, and have a great time with the Pastors, Staff and congregation of The River!
New Member Classes- This Saturday, July 8 at 10 AM we will be having our monthly new members class. If you have been coming to The River and feel that you would like to make this your home church—join us. We will give you lots of info about The River and what our church is all about and how you can be a part of it. After the class you can join the rest of The River at The River Picnic, and you will not be charged for your meal as our gift to you.
Summer Campmeeting, July 16-23- Summer Campmeeting begins in just two short weeks. Do whatever you can to be a part of every service. It is going to be eight days of heaven on earth. Pastor Rodney is going to be sharing about the vision for 2006 and beyond. Pre-registration is now available in the Foyer. Everyone who pre-registers is eligible to be entered into a drawing to win a Revival iPod (Rules posted on www.revival.com).
Housing for Summer Campmeeting- We are in need of a few River Members who would be able to provide housing during Summer Campmeeting. If you are interested or would like more information, please call Pastor David Blair at (813) 971-9999 ext. 277.
River Youth (Not Your Cute, Religious Youth Church—this stuff is REAL)- Join the River Youth every Sunday night at 6 PM for x-treme drama, God’s presence, live music and an intense message. The River Youth is open to all, ages 13-19.
Children’s Church- Children’s Church is available for children ages 1-12 for all services.
