OCTOBER JOURNAL 2004

Dear Friends and Partners,
Thank you all so much for standing with us in prayer and with your financial support this year. You are a great blessing to us. There is so much to do and so little time! We can't always wait for all things to be favorable before we step out and do what needs to be done, but when we do step out in faith God is always there to meet us.
We are headed straight into the great Soweto crusade. Eric and Jennifer Gonyon, who led the street teams for Good News New York and who headed up Good News Shreveport/Bossier, are in South Africa to organize Good News Soweto right now. You know, it is not easy to do these crusades, and sometimes the biggest hindrances come not from the world, but from the church—pastors who, instead of jumping in to help, do absolutely nothing but talk and work against the crusade. This ought not to be. The souls from any evangelistic crusade are going to fill up those very pastors' churches! In spite of this, many key people are on board with us and God is supernaturally making a way where there is no way. His favor is priceless and we could do nothing without it!
Please continue to pray for all of us as we go into this crusade—crime is a huge problem in South Africa and one of our street evangelists was robbed at gunpoint already. We do have security for the crusade, but most of all we have angels! We are able to go into the public schools in Soweto and already, as of October 20th, 2004 we have had 28,000 salvations in the schools and on the streets!
Some more exciting news: see our insert this month—we have an awesome 180 foot ship called the Kelly May coming our way! When it arrives we will dedicate it, fill it with supplies and missionaries and send it to Grenada. We encourage you to believe God with us for both Soweto and the Kelly May's trip to Grenada.
If you have the faith to believe God for it, we will agree with you that God will supernaturally bless you in the next few weeks with extra seed to sow into these projects! We believe that God will bring you whatever amount you have the faith to ask for. It is well with the man who deals generously and lends, who conducts his affairs with justice. Psalms 112:5 AMP
Thank you again. We love and appreciate you.
Yours for Revival and the Harvest,
Drs. Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne
